The Dues Amount next to each Commercial Sales Gross Revenue Amount is the amount that you must pay according to which box you check. These dues include a year’s subscription to cProject.com and dues for National and State Membership:

2 Million to 4.999 Million (Dues Amount: $3,800.00)
5 Million to 9.999 Million (Dues Amount: $7,000.00)
10 Million to 19.999 Million (Dues Amount: $10,000.00)
20 Million to 44.999 Million (Dues Amount: $14,500.00)
Over 45 Million (Dues Amount; $18,500.00)
Specialty "Associate" Members
Specialty Contractors, also referred to as Associate Contractors, pay dues of $1000.00 per year. These dues include a subscription to cProject.com. This membership also includes dues for National and State Membership.
Architects, Engineers, and Sponsor Members
Architects, Engineers, and Sponsors, also referred to as Honorary Members, pay dues of $500.00 per year. These dues DO NOT include access to cProject.com. A Sponsor Member is required to supply some type of special discount or offer to all AGC members.
Non-Local General Contractors
AGC of Southeast Texas encourages Non-Local General Contractors to join. Dues for this type of membership are $2,000.00 per year. This membership includes a year’s subscription to cProject.com and dues for National and State Membership.
Non-Local General Contractor & Specialty Contractor Job Fees
Non-Local General Contractors and Specialty Contractors that work a job as a General Contractor in our AGC District must pay the following fees. The fees are based upon a percentage of the final cost of each job:
